Privacy Policy

What we collect
StayBooked collects only what it needs to run: your email address (for login), your business profile details (name, service type, message template), and your customer list (names, phone numbers, service dates). We do not collect payment card numbers — billing is handled by Stripe.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate the StayBooked service for you. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. Customer data you enter belongs to you.
Data storage
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. We use row-level security so no user can access another user's data.
Third-party services
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to billing data.
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Anthropic — AI Draft feature (AI plan only). Message drafts are sent to Anthropic's API and are subject to their usage policies.
Deleting your data
You can export your data at any time from the app (Back up data). To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email UseStayBooked@gmail.com.
